Cut from a reclaimed oak beam, still carrying the tight, straight grain that only comes from slow-grown timber. A shallow juice groove runs around the inside edge. Each board in the batch takes the finish a little differently depending on where in the beam it came from.
Hand wash only, dry flat. Rub with board butter or food-safe mineral oil when the surface starts to look dry.
